Coaching is about working with someone to deal with an unresolved issue. That issue can be anything:

Where do I see myself in five years?
How can I take on activities (paid or volunteer) that are deeply meaningful?

How do I become a better leader?
Why am I so unfulfilled in my current role?
How do I deal with conflict at work or at home?
Coaching is NOT about me telling you what to do - it's about helping you to realize the innate power and confidence you've had all along.
Through coaching, my clients find focus and create change. I take them out of their comfort zone and provide them with the structure and accountability to get there. I do this by coaching efficiently, with simplicity, curiosity, tough love, and a little humor.
MENTAL HEALTH COACHING SESSION
This coaching is a favorite among many of my clients, as it is an ideal way to create choice and move away from the feeling of being stuck. My job is to give you the awareness and the tools to achieve balance and help you articulate what you yearn for. After several sessions, you will become well-versed at processing strong emotions whenever and wherever they arise and how to identify resistance.
CAREER COACHING SESSION
Our sessions will help guide and inspire you to envision what feels right for you, supporting your values and purpose. We create a roadmap, a vision of a future to have a better sense of what is in front of you, what you really want and how to get there.
LEADERSHIP COACHING SESSION
Learn how to manage conflict and respond to dynamic and challenging work and life environments. Identify what triggers you and how to recover. Learn how to lead with compassion and stay tuned-in. Discover and embrace your leadership strengths and your power to motivate and engage.
